Imagine If Media & UseNature are offering this discounted website plan service ONLY for those in the health & lifestyle industry. As you can understand, we can only offer these packages at such a discounted rate by putting in place some conditions as to what you can and can't do with your website. We would like to stress that there are NO hidden fees or expenses outside of the yearly subscription fee, unless you would like us to provide something additional that is NOT included in your plan which we will arrange a separate invoice ONLY at your request.
Terms & Conditions
1. Your yearly payment is for 1 year of services in advance, and will entitle you to all the features included in your chosen for 365 days from the date you pay
2. 2 weeks before your annual subscription is about to expire, we will send you a new invoice for another 12 months which you may choose to renew or cancel
3. The website template we make for you can not be transferred or copied to another host if you cancel your subscription.
4. All content you create on your website (pages, blogs, products etc.) can be copied and transferred should you cancel your contract.
5. At anytime you may upgrade your package plan (for example you may want to later add an online shop). Should you wish to do so, we will send a 'pro-rata' invoice based on the time left on your current plan and the additional costs of the new plan (based on the time left).
6. Due to the work involved in setting up higher plans, we can not downgrade plans to a package of lesser value.
7. We do not provide direct access to your hosting CPanel, although you can upload files through a File Manager that is part of your website to be viewed on your website.
8. There is no limit to the number of files you can store on your webhost, however there is a limit of 50mb per file you upload. The exception to this is if you purchase the Platinum Plan and wish to sell downloads that are higher than 50mb, we will enable you to do so from your website.
9. If you 'knowingly' upload malicious files or viruses to your website that will harm your visitors computer, we reserve the right to delete these files and reconsider your contract.
10. We ONLY provide access for you to create/edit/delete/manage content on your website. We DO NOT provide direct access for you to modify the website structure, template, or manually add in new features through custom programs or scripts. We CAN however, do such changes for you for an additional charge outside of your plan features.
Payment
We accept PayPal (additional 2.5% payment fee in addition to plan price) or Direct Deposit (no additional payment fee). We will provide you with an invoice at the commencement of your plan, and then 2 weeks before it is set to expire. If paying via PayPal, we will give you the option to setup a continuing PayPal subscription that debits your PayPal account each year when your plan expires. This is not compulsory by any means (only for those who wish to have it setup automatically) and can be cancelled at anytime.
Help & Support
Our free help and support feature covers all requests related to the features of your chosen plan. We will help you with requests like how to add images to your content, how to format your pages, help if your website is offline, help with making your website responsive for new features (if included in your plan), how to add /edit new content etc. Although we will help provide free advice where possible, we can not guarantee free support for things like how to add additional website features NOT in your plan, how to get higher website rankings (although we will provide documentation and a very SEO-friendly website for you to do this your self), and major design changes after we have built your website.
If you would like additional support or website features added that are not in your plan, you can contact us at anytime and we can offer a personalised paid service for you based on a quote.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation:
a) Your website and additional features (like the free Expert listing on www.usenature.com) will remain live until the date you have paid up until
b) If you cancel, we will give you additional time to copy all of your content (max. 2 weeks)
c) Upon cancelling, we will make arrangements with you to transfer your domain name into a registrar of your choice
d) At anytime you may choose to renew your subscription we will keep a backup for you and will restore this once you have paid
Before paying for your website package, we will send you the above terms and conditions in the form of a contract. If you are happy to go ahead with our services we require a signed copy of this contract sent via fax, email or picture text message to be sent back along with payment before we begin making your website.
